BMT Hi-Q Sigma is growing and we are always looking for the right people to join our dynamic, successful team in Bath, London, Winchester and now Ottawa in Canada. Our vacancies are regularly updated but we are always interested in hearing from keen, free-thinking individuals with a range of experiences, from recently qualified graduates to well-established experts.

Our offices are located in Bath, London, Winchester and Ottawa, although due to the nature of our business we are regularly working at our customers' premises.

An underlying principle of the company is that its modus operandi should be modelled closely upon that of a professional practice, with responsibility for its performance resting upon the efforts of individuals and teams across the whole value chain. Each staff member will contribute to winning, executing and managing the business. We adopt a "team of teams" approach, where teams are developed to meet the needs of each of the client.

Our success is due to the technical expertise and professionalism of our staff and we are careful to develop their skills. We encourage our staff to obtain recognition from external agencies and pursue Chartered status.

As a privately owned organisation, BMT's assets are held in trust for the benefit of employees, with surplus group profits shared amongst staff.

We offer good remuneration packages, a pleasant working environment, training and flexible working arrangements. You will be joining a highly dynamic, forward thinking and committed company who believe and invest in their staff.
