BMT Hi-Q Sigma combines expertise in programme management and systems engineering to support the delivery of complex defence projects and programmes. 

Our consultants have worked directly for different teams across the Ministry of Defence including Front Line Command, DIO, DSTL, DI and DE&S, and also for Prime Contractors. The knowledge that we impart is completely independent as we are not directly engaged with manufacturing or construction.

Maritime Combat Systems convergence programme: We have provided benefits management and P3M expertise, combined with domain knowledge, to support a complex enterprise change programme. The objective of this programme is to move away from the diverse combat systems designs and acquisition practices across a range of Royal Navy vessels towards a common core combat system. Force protection delivery team – TRUST Customer Support Team (CST): BMT Hi-Q Sigma’s adaptable CST provides our client with a wide range of acquisition skills, from Systems Engineering and Investment Appraisal to Through Life Support and Project Management. Consequently our client can use a single construct to analyse the options for bringing Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR) equipment into core. 

We work with our sister companies within BMT Group to support the full procurement lifecycle from research and development, through concept and assessment to engineering design, and ultimately across the in-service support spectrum.
