The Scout SV project, the Army’s highest priority new equipment programme, needed coherency across its delivery programme.
What was our solution?
BMT Hi-Q Sigma consultants use EVM to predict expected project outcomes based on accurate and up to date progress data. Our focus has been on introducing an EVM system that interfaces with industry programme management information and allows SV Technical Teams and Industry to be involved. These processes enable us to provide a clear view of the oroject and programme with forecasted dates for key milestones. A greater understanding of the risks to the project and programme allow for more informed decision making. We have worked with the Scout SV team to deliver lasting benefits through appropriate level, implementation and maturity reviews as well as training.
